BLSM offers/ products/ services:  A unique public destination, the Gold LEED certified Beach House is open to all, no membership required.  Year round, enjoy a rich schedule of cultural programs, classes, tours of the Marion Davies Guest House, and sand courts for beach tennis, volleyball and soccer. During the summer guests may enjoy the historic pool, summer inspired classes, the Sand & Sea Fitness Room, and Beach Rentals. Reservations are offered for the pool, parking, beach volleyball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and canopies.

The Beach House, where historic Hollywood glamour meets modern Southern California style, offers an opportunity for businesses, organizations and individuals to rent space for meetings and special events. Spaces vary in size and accommodate groups as intimate as 10, to elaborate celebrations for 400 or more when combining indoor and outdoor spaces. Add shimmering sunsets, ocean breezes and outstanding catering choices, and bring your event home to the Beach House.  The Beach House is also available for commercial film and photo shoots.
