2017 Santa Monica Farmers Market - Thanksgiving Recipe Guide

Santa Monica Farmers Market Welcomes New Prepared Food Vendors

The 2015 annual prepared food selection process for the Santa Monica Farmers Markets is complete!  Each year, one third of the vendor contracts expire and new and old vendors alike apply through a competitive bid process to participate in one of the four farmers markets. 

The Santa Monica Farmers Markets are excited to announce the 2015 awardees who start at the markets this month! 

Main Street Market:  Bean & Thyme (returning), Ca’D’Oro Bakery (returning), Bistro Laurent (returning)

Downtown Wednesday:  Step Up on Second (returning)

Pico Market:  Lo/Cal Café & Market (new), ZGarden (new)

Downtown Saturday Market:  Frogs Bakery (new)

Applicant selection includes five areas of evaluation; business location, ingredient sourcing, sustainability, experience and value.  For information about the application and selection process please visit the farmer’s market website
