Presented by the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board, dineL.A. is a 15-day dining event that takes place twice a year and showcases Los Angeles as a premier dining destination while highlighting the diversity of culinary experiences L.A. has to offer.

Enjoy special lunch and dinner menus at more than 300 restaurants.  We, of course, are partial to our participating Santa Monica restaurants - 39 this year!  It's a great time to #EatLocalSM and try a local restaurant you've always wanted to go to and/or enjoy a local favorite with great fset price lunch + dinner specials!  Part of California Restaurant Month.

Buy Local SM Committee Quarterly Meeting 

11 am - 12 pm

Location: DTSM Inc, 1351 Third St Promenade

At our Buy Local SM Committee Quaterly Meeting we will be reviewing the Small Business Saturday/Tis the Season to Buy Local 2017 marketing campaign + launching the Most Loved Santa Monica Businesses Contest of 2018.  Attendees can pick up copies of all the Most Loved marketing materials, social media toolkit, learn more about the annual contest (now in it's 5th year) and get tips for marketing your business as a #MostLovedSM 2018 contender!

Bike Local SM Handlebar Happy Hour (Monthly)

State of the City 2018: Economic Sustainability Summit

The Velveteen Rabbit - Presented by Morgan-Wixson Theatre Y.E.S.

Saturdays + Sundays at 11 a.m. from February 3 - 18, 2018

Location:  The Morgan-Wixson Theatre, 2627 Pico Blvd

Santa Monica's Morgan-Wixson Theatre Y.E.S. (Youth Education/Entertainment Series) proudly presents The Velveteen Rabbit - The Musical Where Toys Become Real!

Although it is the most modest toy in the nursery, the Velveteen Rabbit earns the love of a young child and learns the joys and pain of becoming "Real." Margery Williams' classic book springs to magical life in this enchanting musical about love, loss, and self-esteem, with music by the composer of the smash Off-Broadway revue I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. The show is recommended for children ages 3 and up.  Kids ages 3+ and adults of all ages will love the show. There will be one intermission and the cast will come out and sign autographs at the end!

Free parking just west of the theatre at the Venice Family Clinic.
