Fresh food and a unique experience
Tuesday, December 27, 2011 Business #1: Cafe Bolivar
Business #2: Le Pain Du Jour
Business #3: Cafe Crepe
Why we can't live without these three businesses: Cafe Bolivar: This quaint cafe on Ocean Park Blvd. is a very original and unique establishment. Whether you're in the mood for a simple breakfast or a delicious dinner, this cafe will be sure to sate your appetite. Its array of international art work creates a very eclectic environment and its collection of unusual books offers additional entertainment. If you're looking for fresh food and a unique experience, Cafe Bolivar is the place to go. Le Pain Du Jour: This French cafe bakes (in my opinion) the best pastries in the city. When comparing it to various corporate coffee shops or cafes, this French bakery offers a truly authentic feel. Although it has a rather limited amount of space, they offer service and food that is both comforting and inviting. Although it may seem a bit pricey, I assure you that their food is definitely worth it. Next time you're in the neighborhood, I'd suggest that you stop by and try one of their chocolate croissants. Cafe Crepe: This cafe is located directly between the Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Mall. It offers an array of different signature crepes as well as various other meals. Their food is delicious and completely worth it. Their service is quick and efficient and ordering a crepe to-go is the perfect snack when finishing up your holiday shopping!
